To start a return, you must obtain written authorization and an RGA within 10 days of delivery. - Return window: 10 days from delivery (RGA required)
- Return shipping: Buyer pays (prepaid)
- Condition: Unused, original packaging; include original packing slip
- Restocking fee: Minimum 15%
- Non-returnable: Custom, nonstandard, used items, custom software
- Refunds: Issued after factory inspection; seller will remedy seller-originated errors at no charge
