To start a return, you must obtain written authorization and an RGA within 10 days of delivery. • Return window: 10 days from delivery (RGA required)
• Return shipping: Buyer pays (prepaid)
• Condition: Unused, original packaging; include original packing slip
• Restocking fee: Minimum 15%
• Non-returnable: Custom, nonstandard, used items, custom software
• Refunds: Issued after factory inspection; seller will remedy seller-originated errors at no charge
